Terms of Service
Effective date: April 17, 2026 · Last updated: April 17, 2026
1. Agreement
By accessing or using ultraindexer.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
These Terms form a binding agreement between you and ARISEO AI Technologies (OPC) Pvt Ltd, a company incorporated in India ("we", "us", "our"). The Service is operated under the brand name UltraIndexer.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.
If you are using the Service on behalf of a business or organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that entity to these Terms.
3. The Service
- Link Indexing — a URL submission service that processes submitted backlinks through a structured pinging and indexing workflow and delivers a 7-day verified report showing indexed or not-indexed status per URL.
- Index Checking — a bulk index checker that verifies the Google index status of submitted URLs and returns instant indexed or not-indexed results.
Both products operate on a credit system. Credits are purchased in packages and deducted per URL submitted. Credits never expire and there are no subscriptions or monthly resets.
Reports and index checking results are available in your account for a limited period. Unless otherwise stated, reports and results are retained for 14 days after delivery and may be permanently deleted after that period. Deleted reports cannot be recovered. You are responsible for downloading reports before they expire. We are not responsible for your failure to download or backup reports within the retention period.
4. No guarantee of indexing
We do not guarantee that any URL submitted will be indexed by Google or any other search engine. Indexing decisions are made solely by search engines and are outside our control.
UltraIndexer provides a structured workflow designed to support URL discovery, pinging, indexing attempts, and index verification. It does not guarantee any specific indexing outcome, ranking improvement, traffic increase, SEO performance, or commercial result.
We publish expected index rates by link type based on real submission data. These are indicative ranges, not guarantees. Published rates are based on historical data and may change over time without notice.
5. Account registration
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering. You must not create accounts using false identities, impersonate another person, or create multiple accounts to circumvent a suspension.
You must notify us immediately at support@ultraindexer.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
6. Payments and credits
6.1 Pricing
All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD). GST or other applicable taxes may be added at checkout as required under applicable law. A GST-compliant invoice is generated for eligible completed payments. You are responsible for providing correct GST and tax details at the time of purchase — we are not responsible for consequences arising from incorrect information you submit.
6.2 Credit system
Credits are purchased in packages. Each URL submitted for indexing or checking deducts one credit from your respective credit pool. Credits never expire.
Indexing credits and checking credits are separate and cannot be exchanged, merged, transferred, converted, or used across products. Credits are non-refundable, non-exchangeable for cash, and non-transferable between user accounts. Please ensure you purchase the correct credit type before completing payment.
6.3 Payment processing
Payments are processed by Razorpay (for card and bank payments) or via USDT TRC-20 (cryptocurrency). By completing a payment, you authorise us to charge the amount shown at checkout. We do not store card numbers, CVV codes, or full card details — payment card data is handled entirely by Razorpay. Razorpay is a payment processor only and is not responsible for UltraIndexer's services or refund decisions.
6.4 USDT payments
USDT payments must be made in full within 30 minutes of initiating an order. You are responsible for all TRON network transaction fees. We accept overpayments within a tolerance of $0.05 — underpayments are never automatically credited. Blockchain transactions are irreversible — ensure you send the correct amount to the correct wallet address before confirming. We are not responsible for errors, delays, or losses arising from your wallet, exchange, or the TRON network.
USDT and other virtual digital assets are not legal tender in India and are subject to evolving regulation and taxation. You use crypto payments at your own risk and are solely responsible for understanding and complying with applicable laws in your jurisdiction, including tax, foreign exchange, anti-money laundering, and KYC requirements. We do not provide tax, regulatory, or investment advice in relation to USDT or other virtual digital assets. You should consult your own advisers about the legal and tax consequences of using crypto payments.
6.5 Failed payments
If a payment fails, no credits are added to your account. You may retry the payment. We are not liable for any loss arising from a failed or delayed payment.
6.6 Chargebacks, reversals, and payment disputes
If a chargeback, payment reversal, or payment dispute is initiated, we may suspend access to the related credits, orders, reports, API access, or account until the dispute is resolved. Chargebacks are initiated and decided by your bank or card network — resolution timelines are outside our control.
You agree not to raise fraudulent or abusive chargebacks. If a chargeback is raised after services have been delivered, you remain liable for the transaction amount plus any chargeback or processing fees we incur, which we may recover through legal means.
Your bank, card issuer, payment provider, or crypto wallet provider may apply currency conversion charges, foreign transaction fees, blockchain network fees, or other charges. We are not responsible for such third-party charges.
7. Refund policy
Except where a refund is required by applicable law, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for purchased credits, including unused credits, dissatisfaction with index rates, incorrect credit purchases, or account termination.
This no-refund policy is clearly disclosed before purchase. By completing a payment, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
If you believe a payment was processed in error, duplicated, or not credited correctly, contact support@ultraindexer.com within 24 hours of the transaction time. We may request transaction details, payment reference IDs, wallet transaction IDs, screenshots, or other information needed to verify the issue. Verified payment errors, including duplicate debits or failed transactions where your account has been charged, will be corrected or refunded in accordance with applicable RBI and payment network guidelines and our obligations as a merchant.
8. Acceptable use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without notice and without refund.
9. User content and intermediary status
UltraIndexer processes URLs submitted by users and operates as an intermediary under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 (as amended). We do not monitor, endorse, or control the content of submitted URLs or the websites they point to.

Certain submission logs and technical records may be retained or disclosed to authorities when required by law.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that the URLs you submit and the content at those URLs comply with all applicable laws, including Indian law and the laws of the jurisdiction where the underlying content is hosted.

12. Agency API
Access to the UltraIndexer API is available to Agency plan clients only. Your API key is personal and must not be shared, published, exposed, resold, distributed, or made available to unauthorised third parties. You are responsible for all API usage under your key.
We may revoke API access if usage patterns suggest abuse, resale, unauthorised third-party access, excessive usage, security risk, or violation of these Terms.
We may apply rate limits, batch limits, API limits, or temporary restrictions to protect service stability, prevent abuse, or maintain fair usage across users. Automated use via the API must comply with any rate limits and fair use rules we publish from time to time.
