Understand how UltraIndexer works, how the two products differ, and when to use each one.
UltraIndexer is a backlink indexing and index checking platform built for SEOs, link builders, and agencies. It has two separate products: a backlink indexer that submits your URLs through an AI-powered indexing workflow and delivers a verified 7-day per-URL report, and a bulk index checker that tells you whether any publicly accessible URL is currently in Google's index. Both products run from one account with separate credit pools.
Backlink indexing takes action — it submits your URLs through our AI-powered indexing workflow to help get them discovered and indexed by Google. Index checking reads the current status — it tells you whether a URL is already in Google's index right now. Indexing is for new backlinks you want Google to find. Checking is for auditing URLs that already exist.
It depends on what you have. If you have newly built backlinks that you want Google to discover, start with backlink indexing. If you have an existing backlink profile and want to know which links are already indexed before deciding what to do next, start with index checking. Many users run a check first to identify unindexed links, then submit those for indexing.
No. Neither product requires Google Search Console access. The bulk index checker works on any publicly accessible URL — your own pages, client backlinks, or external domains — without needing property verification. Google Search Console's URL Inspection tool only works on properties you own, one URL at a time. UltraIndexer works at scale across any URL.
Yes. Both products work on any publicly accessible URL. There are no domain ownership requirements and no domain restrictions. You can submit client backlinks for indexing, check competitor pages, audit purchased links, or verify any external URL.
Never. Credits purchased for either product are yours to use anytime. There are no monthly resets, no expiry dates, and no subscription to maintain. Buy when you need volume and use at your own pace.
Yes. They are completely separate credit pools in your account. Indexing credits are used when you submit URLs for backlink indexing. Checking credits are used when you run index checks. You buy each independently and use them together from one dashboard.
No. UltraIndexer is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with Google in any way. The index checker queries Google's index and the indexing service works within Google's normal crawl and discovery process, but UltraIndexer has no special relationship with Google.
Everything you need to know about our backlink indexer, drip feed indexing, reports, and what to expect from the indexing workflow.
Backlink indexing is the process of getting a backlink URL discovered and added to Google's index. A link that is not indexed cannot contribute to your SEO because Google has not registered it. Submitting backlinks through an indexing service pushes those URLs through a structured workflow designed to accelerate crawl discovery and indexing.
A backlink indexer submits your URLs through a workflow of crawl signals and indexing actions designed to help Google discover and index those pages faster. UltraIndexer uses an AI-powered dual-phase engine that processes submitted URLs and verifies their index status 7 days after submission, then delivers a per-URL report showing indexed or not indexed for every URL.
To index backlinks in Google, submit your backlink URLs to a backlink indexer like UltraIndexer. Paste your URLs directly or upload a CSV file, choose a drip feed schedule from 1 to 31 days, and our AI-powered indexing workflow starts processing within minutes. After 7 days, your report is delivered automatically showing which links were indexed and which were not.
Submit your URLs by pasting them directly or uploading a CSV. Choose a drip feed schedule — from submitting all at once to spreading submissions over up to 31 days. Our AI-powered dual-phase engine processes each URL through a structured crawl signal and indexing workflow. After 7 days, every URL is checked and a per-URL indexed or not indexed report is delivered automatically to your dashboard.
Processing starts within minutes of submission. The final 7-day report is delivered automatically 7 days after processing completes. If you use drip feed indexing, the 7-day clock starts 3 days after the last batch in your drip schedule is submitted, giving Google time to process the final URLs before the report runs.
Drip feed indexing spreads your URL submissions over multiple days rather than submitting them all at once. Instead of sending 5,000 links in a single burst, drip feed releases them in daily batches over a schedule you choose up to 31 days. This creates a more natural-looking submission pattern. You choose the schedule — we handle the pacing automatically.
Yes. UltraIndexer lets you choose a drip feed schedule from 1 day (submit all at once) up to 31 days. The most common choice is 7 days. You set the schedule when submitting and we handle the pacing automatically. If you want full control, you can also submit in multiple smaller batches manually using your credit balance.
Any publicly accessible URL. This includes guest posts, Web 2.0s, social profiles, citations and directories, wiki links, press releases, and forum and blog comments. We publish expected index rate ranges by link type on our indexing page so you can set realistic expectations before you submit.
Every report shows a per-URL breakdown including the submitted URL, the date and time it was submitted, the date and time it entered the processing workflow, the date and time the index check ran, and its final indexed or not indexed status. Reports are available in your dashboard and downloadable as a CSV for 14 days after delivery.
No. No indexing service can guarantee that Google will index every URL — final indexing decisions are made entirely by Google. What UltraIndexer guarantees is that your URLs are processed through our full indexing workflow and that you receive a verified per-URL report showing exactly what happened. We publish honest expected index rate ranges by link type so you know what to expect before you spend.
You can resubmit not-indexed URLs for another indexing cycle using your existing credits — one credit per URL. Some links take longer to index depending on the domain quality, link type, and how frequently Google crawls that site. Resubmission is the recommended next step. There is no automatic resubmission — you initiate it from your dashboard.

Learn how the bulk index checker works, what "indexed" means, and how to use it for audits, verification, and large URL sets.
A bulk Google index checker is a tool that verifies whether URLs are currently present in Google's index. Instead of checking one URL at a time manually, you submit a list of URLs and get a per-URL indexed or not indexed result for every entry. UltraIndexer's index checker works on any publicly accessible URL — your own pages, client backlinks, competitor pages, or any external domain — and delivers results you can download as a CSV.
Submit your URLs by pasting them directly or uploading a CSV file. Our index checker queries Google's index for each submitted URL individually and returns a clear indexed or not indexed status for every URL in your order. Results are available in your dashboard and downloadable as a CSV report with the URL, status, and check timestamp for each entry.
You can submit up to 5,000 URLs per batch. Credits never expire, so you can run multiple batches across larger credit packages — a 250,000-credit Agency package, for example, can be used across as many batches as you need.
Indexed means the URL is currently present in Google's index and is eligible to appear in Google search results. Not indexed means Google has not included that URL in its index. Any URLs that could not be checked are flagged with an error status.
An error status means the URL could not be checked successfully at the time of processing. This may happen if the URL is inaccessible, malformed, blocked by the server, or temporarily unavailable.
Yes. The index checker works on any publicly accessible URL with no domain restrictions. You can check your own pages, client backlinks, competitor URLs, purchased links, or any external domain. The only requirement is that the URL is publicly accessible — password-protected or blocked pages will return an error status.
Index checking reads the current status — it tells you whether a URL is already in Google's index. Backlink indexing takes action — it submits URLs through our AI-powered indexing workflow to help get them discovered and indexed. Both products use separate credits and are available from one account. A common workflow is to check which links are not indexed, then submit those for indexing.
Google Search Console's URL Inspection tool only works on URLs in properties you own, one URL at a time. UltraIndexer's bulk index checker works on any publicly accessible URL — including client backlinks and external domains — and checks thousands at once with a downloadable per-URL report. They serve different purposes: Search Console is for managing your own properties, UltraIndexer is for bulk audits across any URL set.
Manual site: checks do not scale. When you try to verify large URL lists one by one, repeated searches can quickly become slow, inconsistent, and impractical to manage. UltraIndexer's bulk index checker solves that by checking URLs at scale and giving you a structured per-URL report with indexed or not indexed status and a check timestamp for every URL. That makes it far more useful for audits, campaign verification, and large backlink sets.
Every order delivers a CSV report with the URL, its indexed or not indexed status, and the exact check timestamp. Download it directly from your dashboard. Reports are stored for 14 days after delivery.

Everything Agency users need to know about API access, automation, limits, and usage rules.
Yes. API access is available on the Agency package for both backlink indexing and index checking. The API allows you to automate URL submissions, check index status, retrieve results, and manage your workflow programmatically without logging into the dashboard.
API access is included exclusively with the Agency package — $1,349 for 50,000 indexing credits, or $499 for 250,000 checking credits. All other packages use the dashboard only. Your API key is generated automatically when an Agency package is purchased and is available under Account Settings → API Key.
The API gives you access to the same core functionality as the dashboard: submit URLs for indexing with drip feed control, submit URLs for index checking, retrieve submission and check results, check your credit balance and quota, and list all your submissions and checks. Full endpoint documentation is available in Account Settings after purchasing an Agency package.
Yes. A single API key gives you access to both the indexing endpoints and the index checking endpoints. Credits are deducted from the respective pool depending on which endpoint you use.
Yes. The API is designed for agencies and teams who want to integrate UltraIndexer into their own tools, reporting workflows, or internal systems. You can submit client URLs programmatically, retrieve results, and build automated pipelines around indexing and index checking.
Yes. Submission endpoints (indexing and checking) are limited to 30 requests per minute. All GET endpoints are limited to 15 requests per minute. If you exceed the rate limit you will receive a 429 response with a Retry-After header. The maximum URLs per submission call is 500 for indexing and 5,000 for checking.
Full API documentation is available in your dashboard under Account Settings → API Key after purchasing an Agency package. It includes all endpoints, request and response formats, authentication details, code examples in Python, Node.js, PHP, and cURL, and rate limit information.
Helpful answers about report storage, CSV downloads, URL uploads, account access, and support.
Both indexing reports and index check reports are stored in your dashboard for 14 days after delivery. After 14 days they are automatically deleted. Download your CSV before the expiry date — your dashboard shows a countdown for each report.
Yes. Every indexing report and index check report is downloadable as a CSV directly from your dashboard. The CSV includes the URL, indexed or not indexed status, and relevant timestamps for each entry.
The report is permanently deleted after 14 days. There is no recovery option after deletion. If you still have the original URLs, you can resubmit them for a new indexing cycle or index check using your existing credits.
Both options are available on every submission. Paste URLs directly into the text field (one per line) or upload a CSV or TXT file. Live URL detection shows you the count of valid URLs before you submit, and duplicate or invalid URLs are flagged automatically.
URLs that cannot be checked are flagged with an error status in your report. This may happen if the URL is inaccessible, malformed, blocked by the server, or temporarily unavailable.
Registered users can submit a support ticket directly from the dashboard under Support. Non-registered users can use the contact form at ultraindexer.com/contact. Support is available Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm IST, with a response time of 24–48 hours.
Yes. Contact support to request account deletion. Your account data, submission history, and reports will be permanently deleted. Unused credits are not refunded on account deletion per our Refund Policy.
No. UltraIndexer is entirely browser-based. There is nothing to download or install. The dashboard, submission tools, index checker, and reports are all accessible from any modern browser on desktop or mobile.
