Refund Policy

Our position

Except where a refund is required by applicable law, all sales on UltraIndexer are final. We do not offer refunds for purchased credits, including:

  • Unused indexing or checking credits
  • Dissatisfaction with index rates or results
  • Incorrect credit type purchased
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Account suspension or termination

This policy applies to all payment methods including Razorpay card and bank payments, and USDT TRC-20 payments.

Why no refunds

UltraIndexer operates on a pay-as-you-go credit system. Credits never expire, there are no subscriptions, and there are no monthly resets. You can purchase a low-cost Trial package listed on our pricing page before committing to a larger package.

This structure eliminates the need for a standard refund window — your credits do not expire and remain available whenever you need them, unless your account is suspended or terminated under our Terms of Service.

Payment errors and duplicate charges

We do not profit from payment errors. If you believe a payment was:

  • Processed in error
  • Duplicated
  • Charged but credits were not added to your account

Contact us at within 24 hours of the transaction time. Include your registered email address and any available payment reference ID or transaction details. We may request additional information to verify the issue.

Verified payment errors, including duplicate debits or failed transactions where your account was charged, will be corrected or refunded in accordance with applicable RBI rules, payment network guidelines, payment processor requirements, and our obligations as a merchant.

For USDT payments, any verified correction or refund may be subject to blockchain network fees, transaction verification, and applicable legal or regulatory restrictions. We are not responsible for losses caused by sending funds to the wrong wallet address, using the wrong blockchain network, or errors made by your wallet or exchange.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback through your bank or card provider does not bypass this Refund Policy or our Terms of Service. If a chargeback is raised after services have been delivered, your account may be suspended and you remain liable for the transaction amount plus any chargeback fees incurred. We handle all legitimate payment disputes directly — contact us first.

GST on refunded amounts

Where a refund is issued, the GST component will be handled in accordance with applicable Indian GST law and our filing obligations. Revised invoices will be issued where required.
